Monero is a good coin with good community. There is a future for all privacy-oriented crypto coins because Bitcoin will not go fully private. However, Monero and Zcash are the most popular. Bytecoin and Verge are interesting but I think people behind these coins just wait to sell all of their coins....

Yes, Bitcoin will never go fully private because it will go in a different direction. That's the reason some privacy-focused coins to stay alive, and they will remain in the future

There are 5 Bitcoin ATMs in Ireland. You can Buy Bitcoin at all of them, and you can sell BTC using only one of them (it's based in Cork). The BTC ATMs have very high fees.
